What do you offer?
Hi, I’m Charley (she/they), I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in Leicestershire and online too. I am also a qualified supervisor and offer supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists and people working in the helping professions. In addition to this I worked as a Skills Tutor at SPTI in Nottingham, supporting trainee counsellors and psychotherapists through their training.
I am experienced in working with individuals and couples and have over 11 years post qualification experience. I have extensive knowledge and experience of working with clients or couples with Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) or who identify as LGBTQIA+. I offer a safe, warm and non-judgemental environment in which we can explore, together, what support you need and what feels like it’s not quite going right for you. I value diversity and work to encourage your own unique viewpoint on the world we live in.
I believe strongly that it’s the relationship that makes the therapy work useful and supportive. I would encourage you to get in touch if you would like an initial conversation to ask any questions you may have.
I work with clients from all diverse walks of life, in individual or relationship therapy. I specialise in working with LGBTQIA+ clients or clients who would like a space to talk about gender identity.
Using a relational approach to my work, I collaborate with you to help you figure out what change you need in your life. Through your thoughts, feelings, senses and behaviours we can begin to figure out together what changes you might want to make in your life.

What are your charges?
I charge £65 for individual sessions of 50 minutes.
I charge £80 for each couples’ session (60 mins)
I charge £70 per hour for individual clinical supervision. For group supervision I charge £80 per hour.
