What personal data I collect and why I collect it
Personal data captured by this website is via the Contact page, where a visitor can opt to send me an email using the automated Contact Form.  Mandatory fields are First Name, Last Name, Email address and Message.

Cookies
This website does use cookies and this is enabled by Siteground/WordPress automatically, with an acceptance button appearing at the bottom of the site when you access this.

Where your data is sent
Emails sent to my business email address via the automated Contact Form may be checked through an automated spam detection service.  The host of this website, Siteground, don’t currently store contact form data on my password protected login account.

Who I share your data with
Data captured via the automated Contact Form is not shared with other parties.

How long your data is kept
Data captured via the automated Contact Form and sent to me in an email is used only to respond to the sender.  Once the email conversation is complete, all electronically held data and the emails they form part of are deleted.  If the sender proceeds further with an enquiry and contracts with me for therapy, Data Protection compliance information will be provided in writing as part of that contract.  You have the right to request deletion of your data, unless it has to be legally held.
